My friend Elizabeth packed up her Queens apartment and moved to Washington D.C. when I was six months pregnant, and we have missed her ever since. This blog gives insight into our life with Harlow Jude, but it does not make up for the hugs and love of actually being with her. So, Elizabeth took a ten hour round-trip bus ride to visit us last weekend. We are so lucky to have her love us that much to endure the long trip, thank you Elizabeth.
We had so much fun visiting with Elizabeth. Jacob was working all weekend, so it was just us three girls. We ventured to The Highline, taking advantage of a beautiful 79 degree Saturday, went shopping at Free People, had lunch at M Shanghai, went to the Flea Market, walked through Chelsea Market, but most of all just enjoyed being home and playing with Harlow Jude.
They finally meet early Saturday morning.

This billboard made me feel really good about raising Harlow Jude here, geesh. But what a great ad.
The Flea Market.
Free People. Harlow Jude loved Elizabeth, which was great so I could try on some clothes.

Elizabeth brought gifts! Harlow Jude’s first stuffed animal, a snuggle bunny.
